Dorsett Residences sold out in 1 day

Singapore – Knight Frank has been appointed as the marketing agent for the sale of Dorsett Residences. The preview was conducted on 1 September 2010 and the whole development was sold out within a day at an average price of $1,800 psf. Mr Peter Ow, Managing Director of Residential Services, commented, β€œThe tremendous response only shows that the demand for luxurious properties remains strong despite new measures introduced by the government on 30 August 2010 to cool the property market."
